We began with a single truck and a few units, and that is still how we run things. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
